GJ has been part of the fitness industry for over 20 years, first as an athlete and later as a respected personal trainer across New Zealand and Australia. His background includes representing New Zealand in golf, competing as an NRL rookie, and overcoming stage 4 cancer — experiences that have shaped his unique perspective on performance, resilience, and rehabilitation of both the body and mind.
Known for his exceptional programming and no-nonsense coaching style, GJ thrives on leading and motivating large groups while helping individuals achieve real, lasting results. He’s passionate about seeing his members reach their goals and lives by the belief that “movement is medicine.”

Coach Sasha (Sash)
Sasha is a proud mum of three under four, an experienced Personal Trainer, and holds a Diploma in Sports Nutrition. She’s passionate about total health and helping people find a realistic, sustainable balance between training and nutrition — not just quick fixes or short-term challenges.
Sasha loves educating and empowering her clients to focus on long-term goals and develop habits that support lasting results. Whether you’re working toward specific nutrition outcomes or simply aiming for more balanced eating, Sasha offers practical support and guidance tailored to you.
Her training experience includes injury rehabilitation and recovery, pre- and post-partum training, mobility, as well as strength and performance coaching. Sasha specialises in individual programming and one-on-one coaching, and she’s known for pushing you (in the best way!) to get the most from every session.
