Do you have specific skills you’d like to refine? Open Gym provides an excellent opportunity to practice and hone those skills at your own pace!
Cardio
During the Cardio Class, you’ll mainly engage in functional training and exercises designed to elevate your heart rate significantly. The emphasis is on minimal use of weights and, instead, maximizing the effort with an added focus on breaking a sweat. In essence – less chatter, more training.
WOD
The Workout of the Day (WOD) is a community where everyone is welcome. The session comprises a warm-up, a segment for technique/strength, and typically concludes with a workout. Within this inclusive community, there are abundant chances to enhance both strength and fitness simultaneously.
Team wod
These partner or team workouts are thoughtfully crafted to optimize the collaborative efforts of two or more athletes working together to complete the exercise routine. The structured design encourages mutual support, camaraderie, and a shared sense of accomplishment as participants navigate through the workout challenges.
